It’s a GOOD thing Anthony made it television night tonight, Paul, don’t you think? A very good thing in deed….
Oh, I couldn’t agree more! :-o
I always enjoy “Passage on the Lady Anne” but not enough to stay up. I guess I can add it to the others in the DVR.
Thanks for the list, Paul.
Then zap through the commercials! Good idea, Dan.
Except, I always forget that I’m watching a recording.
Ha! Then remember when the show’s back on, back it up to the beginning of the break, THEN zap through it, like “Yeah, HUH!”
How do viewers vote on the two tv slots listed in the schedule?
They’ll post some instructions just before those episodes air. I recall last New Year’s Eve doing it through Twitter with hashtags, but I think there are ways for non-Twitter people to do it as well. Stay tuned!
Thanks, Paul! Always enjoy the annual marathons of the Twilight Zone! Nothing like it!
It’s a unique and treasured institution!
It will be hard to choose between To Serve Man and Eye of the Beholder. Second timing will be piece of cake.
Yet, from what I could tell, there wasn’t any choice offered at all, despite what the schedule said. Odd.
Not fair! Stayed up for my favorite, “A Stop at Willoughby”, and they screwed up and played “I Shot an Arrow into the Air” over again at both 2:00 and 2:30. Gosh, what are the odds of that!?!?
Sorry to hear you missed your favorite! Someone was obviously asleep at programming switch. I hope you can see it soon, perhaps via disc or streaming.
So much excitement and anticipation used to fill our family’s TV watching on Twilight Zone night (oh, and later Star Trek, Guns of Will Sonnett night). 😁
I have seen most of the episodes but haven’t watched them enough to know the titles, Paul.
I wrote a post about the advertising genius of Richard Matheson who came up with the alien on the plane wing and other unique details in his guest artistry on Twilight Zone. I rarely look at my tags anymore but I do know it was in the days with zero pictures displayed on my blog. Lol
Thanks for this list, I should go pick up a season of TZ soon from the library. They have them!! 😁
Isn’t it great having those memories? So many people who follow my Twitter page and my blog will fondly remember seeing TZ with parents, grandparents or siblings. It’s nice how these marathons can bring those nice feelings back as we recall when we first saw the episodes. Glad to hear your library carries the discs!
